ABOUT your HEAD TRAINER -
Hi there. I'm Suzanne. I started my fitness journey in 2010... throughout the following decade, I have not only trained in many fitness formats, specialised courses, and have completed certificates.... I have also had the amazing pleasure and honour of seeing women of all ages, shapes, and sizes... turn their lives, health, and mindset around.
Women who have felt unfit, lost, disheartened with life. Women who now love who they see in the mirror, who are proud of their accomplishments, who move with ease and comfort, who have reached and smashed goal upon goal in both body and mind.
Come on this journey with me. I'll keep you inspired. I'll guide you every step of the way, so that you, too... can massively improve your QUALITY of life.
